work and lifting

I workout 5 days a week. Starts Monday at 3am, up packing food and getting to the gym by 4am. Workout till a little after 5, get to work and change and start work at 6. Off at 4, maybe 6pm. Heat food up that my wife and I cooked Sunday, we cook most meals for the week bc we both work a lot. Usually see her for an hour and I'm in bed by 8 pm. Rinse and repeat for the rest of the week. I normal take a day off during the week and workout once on the weekend with her and at her gym bc I wanna spend time with her.
 
I had a job crushing cars 12-14 hours a day. Climb up a 10ft ladder and crush the car. Climb back down and pop the trunk to ensure no one was in it. Take a pick axe and pop the gas tank to drain the gas, and if the transmission fell out, pick it up and through it through the windshield. Then repeat. I would usually find a gym and get there before i went to work. You gotta have priorities.

After 6 months of that bullshit, I decided to grow marijuana for a
living. It was a good decision and took care of me for many years. :)
 
My new schedule is work mon-wed, and friday-Saturday from 8-6:30. I get up at 5:30, eat a big breakfast, drink my coffee, prep my lunch, etc. Hit the gym at 7, and will be done by 8:30. Go home and eat and be in bed by 10.
