Never wore gloves working out. Make sure they match you purse.lol
So i have my gym outside in freezing weather, the metal bars get freezing of barbells and dumbells, like ice. Hence the gloves would help keep my hands warm to grip the bar.I only use lifting straps, gloves fucking SUCKS.
Perfect i just ordered these.

Otherwise I would just use wrist straps.without the glove part.
I agree lol, its rough.I was gonna make fun of you, but I went through this when locked up. Lifting out in the yard in below zero weather with snow and ice all over the equipment. We just had the brown jersey gloves and the cold metal hurt the hands pretty bad. We made straps from the bottom parts of the state issued pants.
Just get some welding gloves and figure eight straps. Fuck trying to hold a frozen piece of iron lol.
its also hard to grip something when your hands and fingers are ice.I was gonna make fun of you, but I went through this when locked up. My favourite are the Asian/Indian women who wear gardening gloves.Usually a guy with mechanics gloves on in the gym is pretty developed, Hahah. Just been my experience seeing ppl in gym, the mechanics glove crowd don't fuck around
Sometimes it's tough too let go, don't lick the bar!L

Harbinger with built in wrist support straps.
I don’t recommend using wrist support since it will weaken your wrists. Only time I would use wraps or any support is when doing your max or close to max lifts.
