are there any good workout routine books to follow? i understand that its better to personlize a workout but i also know i benefit more from going in with a structured setup. i am looking to lean out and get cut
 
Check out bodyrecomposition.com UD2 is awesome. Very structured. I dropped 4% bf in 7 weeks while gaining 2 - 3 lbs of lean mass.

My workout routine is
Back extension
Chin-ups - wide grip
Bent-over barbell rows )
Deadlift
Single arm rows
Dumbell biceps curl with forearm rotation
Biceps curl on Scott bench
Standing curl for forearm flexors
