Workout set list

If you're asking nice and I won't be considered a bitch, then yes I'll switch it bro.

Thanks my friend.

I definitely was asking nice, and I would hope no one would consider you a bitch for it.

Thankfully, I have had quite a bit of involvement with mentally and physically challenged individuals in my life. Because of the friendships/relationships I have made with many of those folks, I try to discourage others from using these folks as a source of amusement for those of us fortunate enough to have our mental and physical health intact.

I know you didn't have to change it, but I appreciate that you did.

Good on you , bro. I have a twisted sense of humor and forget sometimes what crosses the line.

I listen to 99% hip hop in the gym. A lot of DMX, Mystikal, Brotha Lynch, 3 6, etc.

I love 90s rap- biggie, pac, etc but have yet to find anything recent that matches it's appeal for me. I like 3 6too. I will occasionally get down on some more "poetic" type like talib, mos def, tribe, etc. But definitely looking for some of that "harder" feel. Everything I hear is so stupid these days. I will check out brotha lynch as I have never heard of him. Any other suggestions I'll give a try to if you guys have any.

Amen.

I don't know what happened to hip hop man. These kids make me feel like a fucking grandpa or something. "Back in my day, we had real rap"!

But really, I just can't relate at all. I rarely listen to "good" rap anymore anyway, because the period of my life that I was big into it holds few good memories for me. Call it reverse nostalgia. But I always respect good lyricism.

Wayne and boosie killed that genre dead for now, imo. Give me some g-funk. Hell, even some dirty south trap shit. But I don't even know what to call these radio singles anymore.

Pretty good album.

Here's something that you probably haven't heard before. Check out dog fashion if you can handle the spastic, tongue in cheek experimental metal thing. Metal band with saxophones, need I say more?
