So true. They interfere with hypertrophy and recovery severelyNailed it. NSAID's and bodybuilding do not mix at all for many reasons.
It sucks because Tylenol doesn't really work for me like Aleve does...So true. They interfere with hypertrophy and recovery severely
Same , Tylenol never did much , but doesn’t reduce inflammation , so it’s better . I avoid them both now, though. Tylenol is still pretty bad on the liver. Save them for when you absolutely need them , one time events When the pain is severe enough to justify. I’m just surprised how readily available these are compared to other thingsIt sucks because Tylenol doesn't really work for me like Aleve does...
Arginine , citrulline, grape seed extract , pink salt , and beet root extract- Aussumin lean enough
Too much caffeine or most stims will reduce vascularity due to vasoconstriction. Keep that in mind
Can confirm citrulline pumps up my veins, as one would expect from a vasodilator.
Lets not forget diuretics, dropping subcutaneous water definitely helps with striation visibility and vascularity.
The most vascular id ever been was after 6+ months of GH, i then ran a cycle inclusive of turinabol, then used dandelion root (natural diuretic). I was also freediving about 3 hours everyday in a fasted state post-GH administration with a boatload of citrulline in me. Everytime i got done freediving and stripped my wetsuit off i looked stupidly vascular and had striations all over, even my chest looked like spider webs with the vascularity. It was gnarly, i never aspired for the vascularity it just happened as i stripped every gram of fat and water off my body freediving.
Fun fact: according to a university of berkeley stidy, freediving is the second highest calorie burning activity they studied. If i recall correctly it burned an average of 1,200 calories per hour. Now if my memories correct 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories, so 3 hours of freediving in a fasted state could in theory burn 1 pound of fat per day, and i was doing that 7 days a week with GHs lipolytic effects added. Crazily i was eating about 5000+ calories a day and still shred myself to the bone. Macros at the time were “zone diet” ratios.
