Take it all at once..clen has about a 6-8 hr half life.. so splitting up the dosage will do nothing but keep you awake longer

I agree...Most are way too long


Most testosterone esters are about 6-8 days Prop is about 48-72 hours..this differs for everyone because everyone metabolizes testosterone differantly.

Any confirmation on the half-life of Halos? If it is about 9 hrs, then would the best way to take it, say at 20mg/day, be 2 10mg doses, one morning and one evening?... or divided up into several doses throught the day?...such as 5mg 4 times/day.

I have some Stenox for a future cycle, and have never used Halos before, and want to use it in the most efficient way possible.

jontest...the 4-5 days for clen was under the "detection time", not half life. not that it really matters as it seems the list is kind of, or all wrong.

Those are petri dish half lives. They are metabolized much faster in various species.

Did you look for the thread with Andy where we discussed the published vs estimates of the actual???
