Would YOU run HCG on a mild cycle?

So I'm trying to gather as much information and opinions etc before I do anything, and this is a topic I'm definitely most confused about : HCG !

On a Test E cycle of 500mg/week for 12 weeks, would YOU personally run HCG?
If so, would you run it during, or in the bridge between end of cycle and PCT?

After looking around and getting information from different sources it seems a good PCT is four weeks as follows :

Clomid : 100/100/50/50
Nolva : 40/40/20/20

So yeah, basically, would you run HCG on a mild/short cycle like this? Does HCG help with recovery, or just testicular atrophy and fertility?

The more important question is NOT what folk on Meso do with respect to HCG, BUT what's the evidence for HCG use during or after a cycle.

I'd refer you to any number of threads (with enclosed articles on this the PCT sub forum), or Meso's home page on ancillaries, for the answer to the question I posed, otherwise the replies to your thread will best approximate that of an opinion pole, fella!

hcg should only be ran if u want to do cum shots on your wife or u want to have a child period
