That had happened with me once, I had in the mail a thing which I didn't purchase but I knew where it was from because I had purchased from there before chances are you also had and either they are mailing promotional items or had a mix up but if it were just a vial maybe just a promotional item then.
I said a few posts back that I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS SOURCE.
So understand that.
