Honestly a good golds gym pair from Walmart always held up for me. Larry wheels brand PR Apparel is nice too and comes in a cool bundle with some other stuff to try out as well.Getting up there in weight deadlifting, i go overhand but couldnt hold on. So i took a video of my form of alternate grip, and my underhand is bent, which is how you tear bicep from not being straight with that hand.
Who uses wraps? Anyone have any reccommendations? Of a brand?

On that note the easily adjustable lever belts really helped take my core stabilizing to the next level, zero comparison with a cheap harbinger or even a nice Cardillo, the belt is just superb quality. Wraps are fucking amazing too and a nice stiff Velcro so you don’t have to fuck around with wrapping it under. Yeah Velcro belts are practically useless. Larry has a nice lever belt on his website. When I was talking Velcro I meant the knee wraps. Super sturdy and convenient.I don’t like Velcro belt, I prefer with a carabiner, somehow more reliable in my opinion/
