Has anyone recently been in contact with WWB specifically Angel, Daisy, or any other representatives?

I’m hoping the community can provide some insight because I’m starting to get concerned. I had an order valued at approximately $1,300 China order that was seized, and although I was promised a refund, I’ve continued to receive delays and inconsistent updates by Daisy.

More recently, I placed a separate domestic order ($900) on Saturday and have not received a tracking number or any response to my follow-up messages from Angel. At this point, I’m trying to determine whether this is simply a communication slowdown or something more serious.

For context, I have been a loyal WWB customer and have spent roughly $20,000 with them without prior issues, which is why this situation is particularly surprising.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they may just be busy, but the lack of communication has me concerned. If anyone has had recent contact with their team or is experiencing something similar, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Yes, I was made aware of that for the China order which was placed back in January. As for the refund Daisy mentioned 2-3 days and it’s been a week. Maybe the holiday could be affecting the refund. As for the U.S. warehouse order I get at least confirmation that it will be processed but u have not received anything since Saturday which is not typically al based on my prior orders.
