WWB ignoring me for a week after payment

Hey, posting here because i’ve seen someone get their issue with WWB resolved by posting here i’ve heard good things about WWB and went ahead and placed a 500$ order, had 24h max time for Garry to respond to me however right after payment he ignored me for a week, i asked cavan and he said just to email him which also produced no results. anything i can do? Source talk can only be done in UGL forum.
If this is your first time ordering from China, then this is how it works.

Vendors also do not work weekends.
It is now weekends in China.

it wouldn’t let me post to the other section, last time i jus made the order and got tracking promptly wasn’t ignored right after sending the money so i got worried
