WWB ignoring me for a week after payment

Hey, posting here because i’ve seen someone get their issue with WWB resolved by posting here i’ve heard good things about WWB and went ahead and placed a 500$ order, had 24h max time for Garry to respond to me however right after payment he ignored me for a week, i asked cavan and he said just to email him which also produced no results. anything i can do?
