WWB issue

So I ordered from the WWB China warehouse about 3 weeks ago. I ordered some cardarine and 50mg anadrol tablets.

I received the order and did an unboxing video as they requested. They sent me injectable anadrol instead of oral anadrol that I ordered. I sent them the unboxing and told them. They said they would just apply the amount to my next order. For reference, oral anadrol is $40 (what I paid), and this injectable type is only $18 for a 50mg/ml vial.

I decided I can still use the injectable at some point. So I asked if I could just order a vial of tren ACE since they had it in the US warehouse for $30 a vial and apply my $40 towards that to basically get a free vial.

The screen shot here is them (Cavan) asking me to destroy the injectable anadrol they sent and make a video and send it to them.

Has anybody else ran into this? I’m totally not going to do this regardless but just wanted to put it out there. I buy all my oils from OEP but he is out of tren ace so that’s the reason I’m going Chinese for this order.

“Next order” huh? What a novel solution.

Ok, they want to be an asshole about their mistake? Demand they send you the correct product, now, not on the “next order”.

Why the fuck should you pay for their mistake and not get what you paid for until you make another order (effectively putting the shipping cost on you). What if you don’t want to make another order?

The least they could do is let you keep the product for your trouble, which would cost them absolutely nothing, then holding replacement product until your next order is more reasonable. This is spiteful, as if you made the error, not them.
 
Well have to give them credit for doing the right thing, eventually lol. Plenty of vendors have terrible customer service, this is better than average.
WWB has seemed to prove multiple times now that they handle these things terribly in private messages and then when they get blasted on the forum they suddenly do the right thing. But it appears the flow of customers will never end as people will also choose to save a few bucks for shit product, terrible QC, terrible customer service, and so on.

Seems like that is just part of the Chinese business culture. We want to be polite and ask for the right item or a refund but they just see that as being a bitch. You gotta call them out and that earns their respect and then they will try to cater to you.

Don't know if anyones earning any respect from xim lee but it would be great to hold them more accountable for their bullshit. Then again seems nobody really cares as long as its cheap.
