Anyone hear of the South Korean who was taken hostage? They are threatening to "send Korea the head" of this guy if S. Korea doesnt withdraw from cooperating with coalition forces. Unbelievable makes me sick

Actually, fake tapes seem to be a good diversion for tricking them over there. Maybe if somehow we can make several fake tapes of beheadings by another "secret" militant group, the real ones might be more interested in finding this group-- considering their beheading would be as bad.

On the other hand, they might rejoice and kill twice as many!

The above idea came to me because of remembering an old SNL commercial-- where you buy fake burgulars and set them up around your house to let real burgulars know that "Hey, this one's taken!"

Dont these asswipes understand that if we cave to one demand because they took a hostage, it will only make matters worse and for that reason we(US, S Koreea,Britan and the rest) can never and will never negociate for a hostage release.

I mean why not just kill him and be done with it. Makes them look pretty stupid. The backlash in Spain is why all these dudes are getting kidnapped in the first place...If they showed resolve over there I dont think we would be seeing as much of this BS.

Agreed. I was just going to say the same thing. It worked in Spain, so now the rest of us have to re-educate them on why we don't give in to terrorist demands. Sucks. This shit makes me sick. This new guy is going to get killed too. They want us to release the al queda(sp) hostages we have. Apparently they want their friends back pretty bad. So maybe for every 1 innocent person they kill we kill 5 of their aldickhead friends.
