I guess I'll jump right in with the introduction and try not to sound too rertardeded. I'm 5'10" 192lbs 8% bf (according to the calipers). I recently dropped down from 228lbs this summer because I do not want to have an ounce of fat on my body for my next cycle. It's not as easy as i thought it would be and I'm not done yet. Diet is clean. Not going to post the specifics. Mostly chicken/fish and rice with carb cycling and a cheat day a week. When I bulk up this winter I will add in more red meat, up the calories and reduce the cardio. You know.... the basic shit. Started lifting when I was 26. Ran my first PH cycle when I was 30. Have done 3 PH cycles and 2 AAS cycles. Test E for my first one. Dbol and test E for the second. Loved me some Dbol!! Thinking of throwing in another injectable compound this go around. Probably deca. Possibly Tren A, but I think I might hold off on the tren until next summer. This is the first forum I've signed up on after extensive researching. The bros here do a good job of chin checking potential sources and looking out for the noobs like myself. It is greatly appreciated. Can't think of anything else. Trying to avoid getting hazed.
