Yet another PCT/Cycle question

Following Einstiens advice of "use 0.25mg/day of adex during pct.....20mg/day of nolva and clomid is at 100mg/day.....the durations depend on the cycle length"

Should adex be used during cycle as well? Along with HCG?

I am trying to get a basic idea of what things I will need BEFORE I start another cycle. Lately I have jumped into one without researching enough. I wanna do the next one the right way.

So if someone is doing a 12week cycle of sust, eq and tren enan lets say 500/600/250 e/w
what would be the adex and hcg scheme during and the pct after?

Run Arimidex or Femara at half a full dose EOD plus run nolvadex at about 40mg ed... with the tren get some Bromocriptine or ive heard good thigns about dostinex also. Check them out... dont run HCG durring your cycle.

if you start getting gyno symtopms then just up the nolva and increase the frequency of Arimidex/femara dosing to ED instead of EOD. Afterwords follow the protocol you were told by einy. later

Why Bromocriptine or dostinex when using tren? Just curious.

im not sure about dostinex but I assume its the same thing as bromo.. these are two compounds that will block Tren gyno... prog gyno to be more exact... Not exactly sure how they work but bromo is a prolactin inhibitor so it effects prolactin... somehow this blocks progesterone... I dont remember offhand how and I dont have my books which explain this on hand either... :-( sorry... but I do know they are used to block tren gyno and deca gyno.

Bromo is used at 2.5-5mg ed (AM dose only)

OK, that makes sense.

Also I should run the HCG for the PCT correct? Sorry for all the questions, there is a lot of conflicting info out there and I just want to nail down a protocol.
