Hey Guys and Girl.

I greatly appreciate my account verification, so now I finally can write my introduction and get to know you guys.

Im 27 years old, weight is around 80kg, hight 184cm, bf around %15-17, never checked and been training since i was 17 but nothing serious, trained for 3months then off 6months, back on 2months and so on..

I think it was 5years ago my weight was 63kg, that finally woke me up and i stopped smoking weed. My friends and people around me thought i had cancer and a lot of other things. So i finally thought to myself, i need to get my shit together and eat/train. So I've been serious on my eating and training the last couple of years. Now i train 5 times a week, and eat around 5 meals a day.

Welcome to MESO feel your way around. Lots of great information on this board. This board is much more diverse than many. You will see people that are into many different styles of lifting. You have some great progress from 1st pic to last. Good work.
