What up? I'm new to the site. I've ran different cycles the past couple years, did everything I thought I was supposed to and haven't got the results I was lookin for. I've decided I'm gonna learn everything I can about aas and go from there. Don't mind me, all I'll be doin is reading and researching thru the forums. Y'all be good :)
 
Seems like your approach is ass-backwards, i.e., doing aas without research. Judging by your avi, you royally fucked up!

I've NEVER followed any kind of diet til prolly a year ago. I just try to take in as much protein I can, rice every day and I stay away from any kind of junk food. Protein as soon as I wake up, shakes before and after my workout and shakes when I feel hungry. I eat plenty throughout the day...especially when I'm cycling
 
When cycling I eat and eat and when I think I'm full I eat some more Chicken white rice shakes the woman cooks a big meal every night so I eat plenty...and try to take in 2x body weight with protein.
