Hello, been lurking for a few weeks; figured it's time I introduced myself.

Benn lifting on and off for about 5 years, mostly off. Would start doing Starting Strength, stall and stop lifting. This time last year I started lifting again; this time out of college, with a steady job, and a decent paycheck. It's a awesome how much a steady life can help with teh gainz. Been tra king calories consistently since i restarted lifting. Cut from a chubby 195ish @ 6'0 to 165 from September '15 to April '16. Maintened for a bit and started bulkibg mid may.

Im up to 177-180 now, lifts are (all 5RM):

Squat: 250lbs
Deads:295 lbs
Bench: 165 lbs

Discovered this forum while searching low-test stuff, been lurking since. Looking forward to learning more from all you big mofos.
