Hey,

My name is Preston I am new to this site and happen to stumble on it while doing research for...Well for that magic answer, I am 24 years old, 5'9" and 241 pounds. 26%BF My main goal is fat loss. I am interested in strength gain over size gain as well. I have been reading through threads and although I do see some good information it's drowned out by sarcastic responses, false potentially dangerous (AGAIN SARCASTIC) RESPONSES, and members generally just making fun of the newbies. I exercise pretty regularly and have a good diet but I get stuck in the routine of { Getting on track, lose weight, feel better, But no visual reduction is BF, leads to disappointment, ultimately getting off track, sabotaging all the hard work, depression. I am interested in learning about a fast track for weight loss so the Visual aspect acts as an encouragement instead of a deterrent. I am also more concerned about strength and endurance gain over mass gain. I have seen those GORILLAS in the gym that can't put

As for my BF, before my responses are all about diet and exercise/putting me down for being new and or not knowing much, I have a trainer that provides those for me and I wouldn't be researching if I already knew the answer so I'll just say it for you I'm a "newb" but I am learning. Like I said I am interested in learning about a BF loss Boost.

Welcome to Meso, Whatsmyname.

How long have you been training? What does your training look like?

How about your diet? Do you track calories? Macros?

There is no fast track to weight loss unfortunately. It takes dedication and hard work to see results. I personally wouldn't recommend, especially at your stats, to put any chemicals in your body to try to "speed things up". The compounds discussed on this site can be very dangerous if used improperly. You don't need to be using steriods or anything else to meet your goals. If you train and diet properly, you won't believe the results you can achieve in a relatively short period of time. You just need to be totally strict to your plans and not get disappointed with minor setbacks or time it's taking. I also recommend taking pictures of yourself weekly so you can see your progress. This will help you stick to your plan.

I really like Mike Matthews at Muscle For Life .com and his Bigger, Leaner, Stronger program. I really recommend you read his articles and pick up the book.

As for the comments you have seen here, please keep in mind that this is an open, uncensored forum. There are really good guys here with tons of great information. Stick around for awhile and you will be able to find the good information from the bad and understand better about how things work here. Keep in mind these guys daily get asked questions from 18-22 year old kids dumb questions about using steriods. Unfortunately, too many people think steriods are a magic solution and don't do the research to really learn about these things.

Also, check out the profiles on the homepage of the website and the articles. This is a great place to start learning about the different compounds.

Best of luck to you and if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help as best I can.
