Its been a hellova trip these las few years an noone seems to get me accept the 9nes who do. The rest of society think I'm either crazy wit mental problems or on drugs. Same. I have another old (like me) bud who got a membership at planet. They have an anti bodybuilding rule for everything. Been told about my army boots. Cut up tank. And flexing in the mirror. Loud groans. Dropping dbells on tge rubber mats. But seeing as im a guest of my bud once a week they cant kick me out. So hard to train hard when you warm up with their heavuest weight but plenty of eye candy so i turn up for my mate.more of a maintaince wirkout though. Im old but still train like a motherfuck.

It is strange being older than most in the gym and bigger than most in a normal gym and by far the biggest in planet. When i was younger i trained just as hard and feel small. Even though i was in better shape then. It is a good feeling being in shape when most guys have turned to slobs. Such a shame older guys give up on looking good.
