Thanks. That is a compliment. Well my family all call me grumpy. Because i spent so long suffering depression. Over 10 years but it felt like for ever. Grumpy started with one of my grand kids being unable to say granddad. He called me grumpdad by mistake and now all my grandkids call me grumpy thinking it funny. but yes the transfirmation for me was overnight. I feel it is important for me to inform people my age 55 that you dont need to think the best days are behind you. Most guys here are 30 to 40 i guess. Yet i consider you my friends and guys i have stuff in common with. Most guys in their 50 complain about young guys and their energy. Honestly im way stronger heavier leaner and more muscular at 55 than i was at 35. Just for the record and to boast a little. I fuck more too.TRT sure did help you big time!

yet i admitt when i was young i said everyone on gear was a cheat. Sorry for offending you young guys. But that is what i believed. like most people who dont look for the good steroids can do and believe the media bs. I just said gear was for cheats and believed it.Thankfully things are changing.

Unless you intend on making money from your body there is no need to do gear before you peek. Maybe 30s then keep improving well into your mid 40s if you do gear sensably.

It's sad that so many men are suffering from low T and don't even know it then their family doctors just push expensive SSRIs to mask the issues rather than treat the root cause. If the last 2 years taught us anything it's that pharmaceutical companies will stigmatized cheap and effective treatments so the masses won't seek it out... I recently came off trt for a year to conceive and it was horrible held more body fat tried all the time grumpy. Try deffinitly makes me a different person for the better my wife always said she likes me better on test lol
