This my second cycle of M1t. Im currently taking milk thistle with it. I probably shouldnt even be on this junk my bf is 18-20%. Ive gained 15 lbs and i dont know if its fat or muscle. What you usually gain from m1t? Fat or muscle? My veins are poppin out of my arm like crazy, i get in sane pumps as well. I love this stuff. Just dont know if its what i need. Anyone out there taken this?
