Zinc

I've bought a bottle of Zinc, which is 50mg/ tablet. But I heard taking too much Zinc (25-100 mg/day) can lead to the non-absorption of other minerals such as iron and copper. So, should I take only half tablet each day? How much Zinc you take per day ?
 
I take a zinc supplement once or twice a week.
A few months ago I did'nt take any for quite some time,so I took three tabs {about 30mg} along with three USN A-nitrox{NOS-arginine}which also happens to be the main amino acid in sperm production {also GH}and woke up in the early hours with a wet dream! and I'm going on 36yo!! I was very happy about that!!!

Just zinc and magnesium are cool just before bed.
I notice this and I am almost 47.....
I sleep better too and dream a bit more.
Low carb last meal and no calcium.
 
25-30 mg with 400 mg magnesium before bed on empty stomach. I like ZMA. It's a good product.

Any more and you could over do it. Yes, zinc interferes with copper absorption. Beer is a good source of copper. I'm having one right now. Don't want to be deficient.
