I like the no bull shit routine, a lot like a 5x5 and should do you good for some solid mass gains...

5x5 of one and 1/4 squats @235 (These are great for getting blood to your knees try them out. Drop below parallel go above parallel then drop back into the hole and accelerate out.

2 weeks of being on MFL test and I am feeling amazing, I can honestly say I feel something different in me. I am much more aggressive and my mood is almost euphoric the only downside is I am becoming agitated at little things. It almost feels like week 3 again, I guess this is legit gear.

That's good man. I'm on week 2 of mfl test and I'm one agitated son of a gun!! I feel like slapping everybody I see. My wife told me I was being a hater today.:banghead:

I know I am carrying water so there is that. I am averaging about 2 pounds of water at least. I get this number because naked after swimming( I do not rehydrate whilst swimming) I drop two pounds. I swim once a week for about an hour and I am doing sprints.

Swimming is great, I cycle for cardio but would love to add swimming to my schedule.. The YMCA is less than a mile from my house I'm considering joining so I can swim and use the spa.. They have a gym too but I have a home gym, I'm not crazy about lifting in public gyms, my power cage was the best investment I ever made.. I love riding my bicycle it's great cardio, in the winter I have a stationary bike..
 
I would say I am around 14 percent right now while carrying water, I can still see muscle separation in my legs and back. I store fat on my abdomen very easily, I also store water there.
 
I am seriously considering running 50 mg of winny for my final four weeks on cycle. Anyone have any opinions on this?
 
Just got taped
15.6 I need to eat cleaner...gained about 3% body fat. I don't really understand because I have been very very clean at 4100 calories.
