i think the world of frank and i despise vegans...it ruins everything.

so you despise frank, because hes vegan [:o)].
there are other videos, sites, and i own a couple books on this type of training. maybe youve seen some. franks impressive but there are others who are just as, if not more skilled in this.
this type of ability appeals to me very much. its so simple and seems so basic to be able to master your bodyweight.
 
If all the protein one needs is in plants, then why in the fuck are all these guys about 135 lbs soaking wet? I watched this video and its nothing but multi-level marketing at it's best. They have a website where you can buy shit, become a member, etc etc. It's very believable and influential when you watch it too, I tried the plant thing for a couple days after my brother ranted and raved over it and you know what? I felt like absolute shit!! Not to mention its an extremely steep grocery bill and even more prep than regular bodybuilding diets. I wanna see a vegan with some actual fucking size using respectable weights, not just another starved playground monkey. To each his own, but fuck this, I could just quit eating and look like these guys. Or go catch AIDS, or start doing meth.

getting protein from plants isnt that difficult, expensive or more prep. heres an idea. buy some lentils, soak, drain and rinse, then cook. you can eat them with a handful of nuts. both have a good amount of protein, are complementary proteins, and together have a good overall macro profile. eat vegetables and some fruit if you like. and of course some fish, eggs, and meat.
bodyweight exercises can be a respectable weight. exercises like one arm pushups, one arm pullups and pistol squats are respectable lifts. bodyweight and gymnastic type exercises are difficult and most guys cant do them well, even at 220 lbs. not just for playground monkeys. here a thread from a guy who seemed interested https://thinksteroids.com/community/threads/134335388 ,as well as yoga. another worthwhile type of exercise. and of course weight training. i like this type of training because its so simple and seems natural. i also just spent almost 14 months out of 16 without access to weights ;).
you could stop eating and try fasting. this seem interesting. Trained muscles stronger and harder from fasting every other day theres more on that subject if youre interested. i hear aids sucks. and i wouldnt recomend meth. unless you want to get really high.
p.s. i like youre blog. i actually do, i have it bookmarked :). maybe you could write about vegan diets, bodyweight exercises, or fasting [:o)].

I actually own convict conditioning, it's a good book but it's a whole different animal. Yes it's impressive, but your not going to take a 200+ lb guy and have him do that without some serious injury. It's just a physics thing, yes it can make you stronger but in a different way. I don't believe cosmetically you will look bigger or build more fibers at all, thanks for reading the blog
