Not as good as pumping iron. I could still watch pumping iron day in and out and motivates the shit out of me. I thought it would talk more about drug use and it was too brief and uninteresting.

Anyways, I've never been a big phil heath fan. I can see why the guy is so competitive considering he played ball up to the college level. But never thought the guy was great for the sport as an ambassador. There is no doubt he was first in the 2012 stage with kai coming a close second. Phil just has freakish aesthetics for his mass. But I don't think he will touch haney or ronnie in crown count. Too many folks are close second to him. And guys like ronnie, haney and dorian and even arnold were light years ahead of the second place winner. Even Jay came untouchable a year or two. Ramy, Dennis, are moving up the ranks too quick. Meanwhile I think kai has lost some of his passion. I personally love evan and cedric, they just can't seem to fully dial it in come show time presentation.

I agree I can watch pumping iron till this day but maybe it wasn't ment to touch p-u.Kai was less the jackass id say and I would root for him after getting a glimpse of his thought patterns and determination.Branch ...poor guy has to be cursed with accidents.I would personally like to see victor get his life on track..i can relate to the constant downfalls and peaks.

Vic is a shadow of his former self. But flashback 2007 Vic should of won olympia. And I am saying that as a big jay cutler fan.

Yes he should had just like flex wheeler ,mike mentzer,kevin levrone and many others...But that's the big o..I personally didn't like jays physique until his last win.

I don't know man, jay was untouchable in 2009.

Its a little difficult to compare..and make a choice between the two photo lineups..i almost want to say he is dryer in 2010...but I cant tell.2009 jay looks slightly bigger.He is a beast.

nah i have not but i would love to see it. The movie theater near me did not show it. and its not on dvd yet afaik. But i hear its on itunes for like 13 bucks.
