First cycle ever. Testosterone Enanthate (Test-E) 600mg/2ml pr.week for 12 weeks.

injection day 14
Yesterday i did my 14. injection. I haven't been thinking doing injection reports the last couple of times to be necessary which is why i haven't been doing any.
It all goes fine, i haven't increased in weight for some time now even tho i have eaten 5-6 meals a day pretty much since cycle start, I can see my bodysize is increasing especially after workout i look humongous in my own opinion ofc. I still get extremely sweaty and tired doing workouts, after the first few sets in the first exercises of my workout i start sweating like a pig even tho i'm using shorts and nike exercise tee's for my workout that let's my body breath so i don't get so hot.
I haven't noticed any behaviorel changes other then my confidence, because people around have started to notice the body changes. I love when people say: wow you're gotten huge bro are you on steroids. And i'll just reply: thanks but there's still a long way and hey thanks for the compliment haha. love that sentence because i'm not saying i'm not on roids :rolleyes:. when i hit my 8. cycle week i will probably post a picture if i remember it and in the end of my cycle i'll do a before/after. I can't wait till i'm done with this cycle i fell like it has helped me alot but ofc sometimes i also think well not much has happened but what is it you say. "you are you own biggest critic" so yeah can't wait to see the final result. I am thinking about changing my diet in the last month of my cycle to something like a vegan diet i''ve heard it should be great for fat burn and muscle growth. any one who has any experiences with it ? also i saw this post on mucle and fitness today. i know i know M&F is total bullshit, but this one doesn't sound that bad? what is you thoughts ?

I have a question for all of you, should i start using my creatine and pre workout again? some say it's not necessary some say it is. I know the pre workout isen't really importent even tho it could give me an extra boost, i eat a solid breakfast each morning with lots carbs. What's you'r opinion? Do you use them and if so, why ?
 
I personally don't use creatine on cycle because i'm retaining water already from the aas. Too much bloat. I know that some supplement with creatine in pct

Hm okay and thanks for the answer, i can see that, i'll wait til PCT then. I don't fell like i got much water weight at all, but i do have a high metabolism. But i really don't know, i only get bloated when i do a cheat day:drooling:.

You shouldn't need them IMO.

If you are eating the right things you should already have the all the creatine you need plus the AAS is shuffling more water to your muscles then creatine will anyways.

As far as the pre you can take them but why put that stuff in your body drink a cup of coffee.

Coffee and b12 is my choice. I have never liked those pre-workouts, I'm naturally amped so it actually gives me way too much energy(yes, thats a thing). I have always heard (I have never done any research) that pre workouts are bad for gains.
 
Are you still on cycle? U need to run that HCG while on... I'll go ahead and tell u I've never done it, but being as your pre-med this should go down easy. Hcg mimicks LH, LH tells testicles to produce test. By running LH @250-500iu e3d or 2x week your testicles will not "shutdown", so when u come into PCT and discontinue hcg ur testes will b active and responsive to your bodies actual LH/FSH. Smooth transition. All u have to do is get hypothalamus and pituitary up and runnin with SERM therapy... I will state that I have not personally used this protocol. Just my understanding. Good luck
 
They make bloodwork a little easier here in the states, you can spend about $60 and have the results emailed to you in a few days.

Next time you get a chance, pick up some 3.5cm needles. these will make sure you get all the way in the glute. Use the 2.5's on quads or delts.

I got mine in the military howd you get yours?

Taking Creatine during a cycle can really help to increase your gains... Also if you take Creapure you will have minimal water retention. Increasing your caloric intake and your Creatine intake can really help to maximize your gains when on cycle.. I always take Creapure when I'm on a cycle, I only take Creatine during a cycle I don't take it when I'm not on.

I agree with this, I personally do not care for PWO supplements they are Definitely unnecessary. Mega doses of caffeine and stims are just not needed, especially when on a cycle. There is no reason at all you need it to get motivated, at most a few cups of black coffee or maybe some caffeine pills is all you should need.
 
Thanks for these posts. I'm in the midst of doing a Google Search for using Test E and creatine and came across Meso-RX Forum. Looks like creatine is good to go.
I'll take one large tablespoon with apple juice prior to the gym, one tablespoon mixed with apple juice in my canteen, and one tablespoon mixed in distilled water when I return home.

The tablespoons I use are pretty large. They can hold 2gm. of powder whatever easily.
I'm going to go with this protocol for a year beginning August 1, 2015 at 9:30AM Saturday on the gym floor.
