A google search for "bicep tendonitis rehab" nets some good results of programs. I have no experience with it so I can't make any comments on effectiveness or frequency. But when I rehabbed my shoulder after a surgery (torn ligaments) I kept up a light variety of resistance exercises over a long, long time, every other day.
What happened that you tweaked both?
I've always had great results with the bill Starr protocol for injuries. Look it up. Basically really light weight sets for 25 reps.
I used that and heavy negative squats for patella tendinitis last year.
Rest/ ice/ heat that as much as you can. That nagged me in my right bi for almost 8 months last year I tried to work thru it, but finally I just took 3wks off from most upper body exercises. I mean it bothered me lying in bed I'd get intense pain all of a sudden.
So I get rid of that and now my elbows been killing me.
Fuck me.
See what works for you, good luck
i thinks working everyday on biceps is not good,.
Because this routine can hard your muscle and your size is not increased,.
So its necessary that you can avoid workout on biceps daily,.
Hahaha...literacy is a luxury around these parts.
