What does your diet consist of??

Notits thanks for posting. What's your next step to drop the last few points of body fat?
Without inadvertently hijacking your thread the answer is - I really am not sure what its going to take. I run a 500 cal deficit at 2500. But with 2200 now - I feel like I am at the bottom end of what I can eat before I completely bottom out on energy and feel like shit. Double down on cardio?

No problem this is the kind of discussion I want this thread to be about.

So you have two options right? You could either increase the cardio or decrease calories.

You are consuming roughly 560 calories from fat on a daily basis. If you decreased your fat intake in half you could shave off over 250 calories a day.

Either that or increase cardio. You are doing 30 minutes 5 x per week so if you added 15 extra minutes per day that would also get you close to the same point.

I am not an expert by any means and still experimenting on myself but I would drop the fats.

Also if you dropped fats altogether and added more carbs you could actually lower caloric value (carbs are 4 cal per gram and fat is 9 cal per gram) and feel better energy wise. That is what I have found so far during my cut.

Well notits what did you decide? Maybe some vet diet gurus will jump in on this one........

Sorry for the delayed reply. I decided to bring the fats down. If I absolutely need the carbs to keep rolling Ill bring them up a little. I am close enough to my target to stay patient and keep on trucking. Like you I am also trying to lean out before I cycle. No more PB. I have the carbohydrate phobia like others do...

Me too, in a real big way.
Dropping the fat from the peanutbutter and switching out my chicken for Tilapia, was enough to get the ball rolling again, down 2 pounds in the last 36hrs :D

Me too, I get big and full when I eat a high carb diet.. Mandatory for me to go high carb on a bulk. It took me awhile to pack in so many carbs and calories .. I gradually added things until I got my diet where I wanted it to be. Milk and juice really helped me to get the extra calories....

I'm 220 now and I just got my diet where I want it to be, it took some time to work up to this. My goal is to hit 240 with low BF and then to just maintain it.. If I can hit 240 I will be content with that then it's just about keeping it so I can just eat a normal healthy diet and stay on 150 to 250 mg Test per week.. I'm not ever going to compete so I will be happy with that... I just switched to HST and I freakin love it.. I'm probably going to stay on HST for the long haul...
