Without inadvertently hijacking your thread the answer is - I really am not sure what its going to take. I run a 500 cal deficit at 2500. But with 2200 now - I feel like I am at the bottom end of what I can eat before I completely bottom out on energy and feel like shit. Double down on cardio?Notits thanks for posting. Damn Ray that's a big boy diet. Thanks for posting it up. What's your weight and you current goals brother?
I'm 220 now and I just got my diet where I want it to be, it took some time to work up to this. My goal is to hit 240 with low BF and then to just maintain it.. If I can hit 240 I will be content with that then it's just about keeping it so I can just eat a normal healthy diet and stay on 150 to 250 mg Test per week.. I'm not ever going to compete so I will be happy with that... I just switched to HST and I freakin love it.. I'm probably going to stay on HST for the long haul...
Picked up some jasmine rice gonna swap it out for brown rice. Cooks well in microwave.
Meals 2-5
8oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup broccoli.
