Starting 2nd cycle in 3 weeks

Ok I know I am a new member but I am a long time researcher and have 10 years of lifting experience. Got decent results from my first Test E cycle which I ran for 12 weeks I kept 10-15 pounds of muscle. My results are slow naturally I struggle to gain muscle so need an extra kick.

2nd cycle is going to look somthing like this
Test Prop 50mg ED for first 3 weeks
Test E 500mg 12 weeks
Tren E 300mg 10 weeks

Starting stats will be
26yr old(started lifting at 16)
80kg
13-14% BF
5-6 days lifting every week
Will increase diet up to 3500-4000 cals

I have all I need for PCT
Nolva, Clomid, Exemestane for on cycle, HCG, Prami, GW for cardio due to the tren. Also will have liv.52 and panoxyl soap if I get acne.
Is there anything else I might need?

I will keep a week to week log, Any advice would be much appretiated.

what does your diet look like, cause if you have trouble gaining. your diet sucks. I don't count calories, I count Protein, carbs, and fat. thats what my calories will be. you need 360g protein, 200g to 300g carbs, and 150g to 200g fat. protein is the only thing that builds muscles.

  2. Sorry for the late reply. No i don't have trouble gaining in a sense. I have trouble gaining lean muscle but fat is no problem at all if my diet is not 100% if I have a kebab I'm paying for it for a week. My diet is very clean protein and not too many carbs around 200-250 a day. I don't count calories either but would have a good idea of my intake. I am also intolerant to dairy which sucks when it comes to finding protein powder and not having the option of protein from milk and cheese.
 
I have actually started my cycle last Monday week so I'm 8 days in now. Strength is up slightly from prop and I have gained roughly 4kg of which is mostly muscle. I have started morning cardio before I even eat breakfast to maximise fat burn and lean muscle gain.
 
I guess you already started your cycle, so I don't know how much advice will help you. My thoughts though for what it's worth, I wouldn't run tren 2nd cycle. And when I did run tren I would run Tren A so if you react badly it will clear quickly instead of a week or 10 days of hellish sides. If I was ready to run Tren A I would research more about how people typically dose test very low to minimize sides. I hear guys running it 1:1 ratio Test to Tren, but I've read many places that guys prefer their tren higher than test even as high as 2:1 or 3:1 and just run a very low TRT dose of test and sides are minimal. The general consensus seems to be MORE TEST = MORE SIDES. I don't have any experience with Prami so I can't really help you there but you may still want to pick up some caber just in case.

you should decrees your carbs to around 100g a day 50g protein/carbs pre and 50g protein/carbs post, rest of the day protein and fat. protein is the only thing that builds muscles, everything else is an energy source. eating fat will not make you fat, so don't be scared of fats. I buy my protein from www.proteinfactory.com or www.truenutrition.com

Thanks for the info but any research I've done has suggested running test at a higher dose then tren. I am very well used to sides from my experimental drug fase that's not of any concern to me. Also jabbing every second day for me is not an option hence the reason for the longer esters I am struggling with the prop as it is. I would rather be able to run tren A but sometimes I am unable to jab because my head just won't let me it's annoying as he'll. I am running tren because I'm looking for nice hard lean gains. Also prami does what caber does it just has to be taken more frequently as the half life is much shorter then caber. Also the side from tren e are much lighter then tren a from all accounts I've read.

Having that low a card intake for me wouldn't work I know how my body reacts to low carbs as I have tried it. I have that much protein at least with every meal and I am in no way afraid of fat u cant get the peanut butter far enough away from me lol. Almonds in my oatbran for breakfast. I have to drink coconut milk or almond milk or some other variant as I can't have any dairy. Another thing non dairy proteins cost an arm and a leg with the exception of one place I found who is actually local so I am blessed since I discovered it.

Haha thanks but that's not true I keep read co flirting things about hcg some say run it every 5 days through full cycle and others say start it 2 weeks before your Nolva and Clomid so I have no real definitive answer just everyone's different opinion. What works for you when on tren cycle for hcg?

Just read that message again an realized my stupid phone had done auto correct "co flirting" is supposed to be conflicting. My bad from doing more research about the whole HCG debate i think I will go with starting it 3 weeks before i finish cycle and continue it for 3 weeks post cycle along with clomid and nolva
 
Heading into week 4 now tomorrow. Feeling great most of the time just a general good all around feeling all day with loads of energy. I haven't noticed and downside to my cardio if anything I am getting fitter as the days go on. I have a few sides such as slight insomnia but 2 melatonin tabs put that to bed and also sweating and very warm all the time. Strength is starting to get more obvious in the gym Getting in a lot more reps with more solid pumps. Weight is up to 85kg from a starting weight of 78 and I am leaner now then before also all my lifts are climbing steadily in the gym. I had thought nips were a tad sensitive a few days so took nolva and prami just to be 100% and the feeling is gone now. Getting complimented in the gym people telling me I have gotten great size and fullness. So all is good so far. Will update again next weekend.
