45 years old, ate and drank like shit all through my 30s, got up to about 300 lbs and decided to lose the weight. At 41 I decided to lose the weight and started lifting (never touched a barbell before) and got down to 180 @ ~11% BF.

For the last few years I've been right around 210 @ ~18% BF. Gaining muscle is really fucking hard at 45 years old, especially when you've never had it before. I have a friend my age who's pretty experienced with AAS so here I am, halfway through my first cycle of Tren + Test.

I'm here to learn what I can learn and maybe try out some different sources.

@Yarzo Welcome, 47 myself and first run with Tren and all I can say is "holy shit batman"

How much you running and for how long?
I was thinking running for 10-12 weeks but may have to cut it down to 8.
instead of people wondering if I use gear, now there just questioning how much.

Welcom to the forum, amazing that you dropped to 11% and 18% is still good. Its hard as hell to do that when you're in your 30's let alone being 41. That's a crazy first cycle, Im running tren for my first time too. You'll find alot of great advice on here, don't be a stranger.

I'm doing 100mg/day of Tren and between 250 and 300 of test a week for 12 weeks. I'm up about 15 pounds so far, but it's not very noticeable in the clothes I wear for work.

I'd probably still be in the low teens for BF % but I work next to a bakery. Too fuckin' hard, man.

Keep a photo of your inspiration as your background on your phone, it should remind you of what you're seeking to obtain. Maybe you won't ever touch that bakers cake again ;)

Welcome to Meso

Like every1 else said..grats! Well youngster (being older I can make you feel better about your age lol) I wish you well in your quest. I learned that eating alot more than I was use to and gaining strength worked for me. Good luck!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes, everyone. Pretty cool.

That is some mighty fine weight loss, congrats! Welcome to meso :)

I lived above a bakery once... 4am the smells would start. It became hell :D

Holy fuck, the smells! That's what gets me...croissants, muffins, peanut butter cookies...

I've gotta find that iron will again.

Welcome to Meso. If you become lethargic or just an overall weird feeling either skip a couple tren shots or up your test dosage. Thats a lot of tren trying to bind with very little test and because I hadn't slept in days I can't remember the actual name of the lipid profile you lose when doing so much tren and not enough test.

Amazing progress! Keep it up :)

Hey, great progress for an old guy! Just kidding. I've gotcha beat by close to 20 years and yes, it's a bit harder, but with a little help from my friends  it is possible. Good luck to you.
