45 years old, ate and drank like shit all through my 30s, got up to about 300 lbs and decided to lose the weight. At 41 I decided to lose the weight and started lifting (never touched a barbell before) and got down to 180 @ ~11% BF.
For the last few years I've been right around 210 @ ~18% BF. Gaining muscle is really fucking hard at 45 years old, especially when you've never had it before. I have a friend my age who's pretty experienced with AAS so here I am, halfway through my first cycle of Tren + Test.
I'm here to learn what I can learn and maybe try out some different sources.
