aside from my dramatic desicion... I hit 605x1 deadlift today:D
gonna bring a buddy next week to get video of all my raw 1rm, just gotta figure out how to edit my face out
 
Just was wondering if you read a lot of stuff saying that cruising/blasting was the way to go for young bucks who want to go into power lifting. Most of the folks I know, strongly advise the other way, but they are BB's or boxers (hell most of my boxer friends keep trying to convince me to use HGH, but I won't). I myself would be worried to wreck my natural levels, or my ability to recover, just wondering if power lifters cruise/blast, if you had a source.

Actually there is no proof that you can interfere with hgh natty levels after exogenous use.

Well from my knowledge most (if not all) top level competitors are "on" year round, They can't afford the steps backwards or "lost ground" from recovering.. My choice to blast and cruise is however based upon my desire to compete so you've got the right idea about the way I'm looking at it

Also yes most powers lifters blast and cruise. especially the guys you see with raw totals of 1800-2000+ they couldn't maintain that strength without juicing

Sorry it was early in the morning, I meant natty levels after AAS use, my boxer friends told me to stay away from AAS, they try to convince me to use HGH. I stay away from HGH because cancer runs in my family, and I don't want to accelerate it (since some correlation has been drawn between HGH and accelerated growth of cancer) if I do have it.

if I'm not mistaken those studies was done in a petri dish. the body works way different than a petri dish.

how did you go from 500mg/wk test to 3000mg/wk of total gear in one cycle!?!?
