I'm at 20+% bf... Bastards talking about bulking lol I'm starting a 6 week cutting cycle in a weeks time, not looking forward to hearing about everyone bulking, I'm hungry :0
 
Yeah I have been on only clomid & hcg for a while and will be for atleast another 6 weeks minimum. So yeah I am.fast right now, fuck bulking. As soon as I get back in I am going to do.a slow recomp.

i let myself get way out of shape on my last bulk.. i turned into hulk mode...

paying the price now though lmfao im shredding as much muscle as i am fat... never dirty bulking again.. i think as you get older dirty bulking becomes less of an option... when your younger you can make quality muscle eating mc donalds.. as you get older... i look at lettuce and gain 10lbs of lard

in two weeks I start the climb out of my 800 calorie deficit to reach maintenance, and then probably going to go 300-400 above maintenance. I'm a damn ectomorph, so I bulk from september through fucking MARCH (and even at that, it's a real bitch to make gainz). This year, now that my T levels are that of a 20 year old, I am really expecting some decent growth.

The only days I go apeshit crazy on my diet are: First day off cut (10,000 calorie CHALLENGE!), Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New years. The rest of the time it's clean as possible, with maybe one cheat a week. Loads of chicken, fish and (for bulk only) lean pork. I add in the sweet taters, brown rice, and oatmeal during bulking season too.
 
Lol I been bulking since October I start my contest prep January 3 so bulk until then. Lots of peanut butter and steak and grape seed oil! Been messing aroumd with a lower carb diet while bulking, around 200g or so. 100g pre and 100g post. Try and get 150g of fat or so. I don't even count protein just as much as I can stuff my face with lol!
