On this shake, that's a pretty loaded shake for first thing in the Am. Do you have a hard time pounding it first thing or is it a non issue? I have a hard time eating these days. On bold, tren, test. Any tips for eating? Bad food doesn't even sound good. Thx. By the way, subbed, like to see the excitement.

It fills two shakers- I drink one while I get ready and another when I get in the office. So 1250 cal 730am 1250 930am. I am rarely wanting to eat, but I find if I put the food in my mouth I will chew it up and swallow it. God bless hot sauce (crystal amd shiracha(sp?)), bbq sauce, ketchup, and maple syrup. A little real maple syrup on some chicken or fish I dont feel like forcing down goes a long way brother.
 
3000 calories in one Sitting sounds brutal. I drink a extreme XXL which is 960 calories and I feel full for a while and also want to puke. @brutus79 you are not fucking around. All those calories everyday alone will crank on 20 lbs

I used mass gainers before and they are like drinking watered down plaster... all these whole foods digest a lot easier and don't have too much sugar. I used to put less protein powder and a few raw eggs instead but that necessitates drinking faster than I would like...

@Manny I have a black and decker from walmart that works great until I have a month where I don't spend my vita mix money on gear or gh ;-)

Any suggestions? 30 sets 10 reps per set 60 second max rest in between sets.

Different deal altogether but a natty told me sets of 8, highest weight, keep form rite, quick like you're doing. I try and stick to this, moving towards 10 sometimes. Looks rad bro!! I don't really work out with anyone so when I'm doing my set I time it as if I were.

Looks really solid imo, no suggestions except if you aren't already, make sure you are making good use / taking advantage of the stretch/myostatic reflex when doing incline curls, its one of the main reasons why incline curls are such an incredibly effective bicep isolation.

Dry rolled oats. I have subbed frozen chunks of sweet potato and it's a way more palatable alternative but I don't often habe ot ready to rock.

I know about the peanut butter. I use almond butter if I have it... it is a ton of fat and sugar- I do it for two reasons
1. 1500 colories. When I strive for 7000 it is a big helper, and I feel better eating that than when I down a mass gainer shake- I get fat with the mass gainers way faster than with the peanut butter
2. I am a 20 year cocaine amd heroin addict/alcoholic with two years clean. Why is that relevant? I crave sugar like a motherfucker. I want CANDY AND FRUIT AND DONUTS often. When the craving hits it is almost painful. Maybe dopamine issues, maybe addictive personaility shit... but it is bad. When I have the cup of peanut butter I don't crave sweets or carbs all day... kinda like shooting heroin to get over heroin cravings, but when I binge it's worse than a cup of peanut butter.
 
Gvt arms today-
10 sets of 10 dips
10 sets of ten rope curls (full spread tension) supersets with 5 sets 10 tricep pull down(fuckheads on benches so no incline curls- ropes always murder me)
3 sets 10 bent db flys

Full serious bicep/tricep/delt pump. Not the mind bending hypertrophy of a gvt leg or chest/back day, but it was a truly majestic arm day. We did this one at planet fuckhead and I was spoken to twice about my man sounds. #homegymrules

Although I am only 8 days in my diet has not changed in a couple weeks and I was stable weight wise- 248 wake up and 251 at night before cycle. 8 days later and I am waking up at 254 and just stepped on at 261. Water weight? Yup. Majestic feeling seeing ten pounds on the scale? Yup.

I ate like a fucking beast today- and I hit golden corral. #fuckabstoday.
 
Planet fitness truly is a JOKE! Frequent here often? Im surprised they even let you 2 stud muffins in lol. 261 oh my! Thats impressive!

The golden corral is the shit! Those steaks are always a priority their when I go. The breaded fish is good too.

It works... the oatmeal makes it thick and slightly nauseating, so once I force it all down I am good with sweets for the day

A little chocolate syrup helps the sweets craving and taste of the shake.
 
It was a fun morning, I'm enjoying training with my boy brutus!! As I watched him leave the gym with a sense of satisfaction on his face I trudged my way over to the cardio section.. :( 2.5 grams of taurine an hour before the gym is keeping the shin and calf pumps at bay..

Eating very well, I'll try and be a little more detailed about my diet next week..

1 week weigh in for me tomorrow, stay tuned.. :)
 
Man, jelly of you two. Either my buddies live too far, have different training goals, or we can't get our cycles to line up, but I haven't been able to train with a friend for pretty close to a year now... I miss it :(
