Hey, whats up MESO. I've been snooping around this site for around a year and a half now and finally signed up. Idk why it took that long to sign up... but, there are alot of people, from what i can see with alot of information that can help me out with my goals. I have only been lifting for about a year and a half now. I started because I was tired of being skinny. It all started when I went on deployment a little over a year ago. I started at around 153 lbs at 5'11", and about 11 months into the deployment I was at around 185 give or take a few pounds. Ever since then I've been motivated as hell to lift. I've been pretty satisfied with my gains so far, but I need some more insight as to what I can do to maximize my gains and become the person I want to be. I look forward to hearing from you guys.
