Sit in shower thinking about how much I hate arm isolation. Excellent work out.
I woke up fully catabolic after my piss and shit this morning at 261.8 - that's about 13 lbs morning to morning in 14 days. Oils are starting to crank- god bless frontloading, but I won't be full bore for probably 10 days if I am gauging my body right. I feel fucking great.
I have an epic vein come out from mid calf all the way up my thigh out of nowhere- never saw it before.... if this is how eq is sign me the fuck up every cycle.
