I'm not trying to gain fat my friend- im trying to gain muscle. If it were that easy I could eat at mcdonalds three times a day... fat is less than 10% of my daily or I'm getting fatter and I don't need to run gear to get fatter.

I disagree man . Look up mariusz pudzianowski and his diet. Hes bigger than both of us and looks better too. He would consume 2-3 pounds of kielbasa in one meal.3 pounds of bacon for breakfast.

Your trying to nail down a very demanding caloric dense diet which is extremely hard. Myself I can do 4-5k cals without much strain but 7k cmon. Thats ALOT. Pulled pork and chops and belly are roughly 53 cals per oz whereis chicken is only 35 cals per oz. Same protein count but better tasting. None of its processed. Where's mcdonalds is. Its a much more enjoyable way to get to the goal

I was not feeling it at all today but still managed a very good workout.. Halfway through brutus ate what must've been a meth laced banana and turned into the Tasmanian devil.. Thankfully he was pushing me today..

I've been sleeping like shit and it's making me a cranky bastard.. I'm going to eat a handful of Benadryl tonight and hopefully sleep for 10 hours..
 
Man those straight bar barbell curls will kill my fucking forearms.. man i know its the key to bigger bis.. i have a set of phat grips for a olypic bar i havent mustered up the nutt to try either yet.. not since my bout with tendondis...

i like the totat arm obliteration. . i started doing that on mondays. i think its one of my favorite days.. for visable reasons.

do you guys incorporate any forearm specific training ? i know that working the arms gives me a forearm pump alone, but been doing alot of forearm finishers, like simple supination movements sitting, then heavy farmers walks ..

Regardless of what worked for some polish bodybuilder I know what works for me... and if I eat fatty I get fatty. Too much steak, pork, simple carbs and I blow up. I want to be strong but the whole reason I started working out was because I had a gut and I think a fat belly looks fucking ridiculous... and as soon as I start adding sausage, b eef and pork I get that stomach that makes me look like a lump of shit.

I lift to look good first and feel good second. I eat for both. With my body type its fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, sweet potatoes, broccoli, lil bit of rice, lil bit of lean ground beef. I am going to be a 275 lb greek god at the end of this cycle.

Next to bone marrow, bacon has to be one of the tastiest meats out there. PLEASE someone tell me if there is something I'm missing out on. Let's forget about the fact that marrow is literally pure fat, and bacon is awful for you

Sitting in front of the tv over the course of a few hours.... chew chew chew

Kale has a shit ton of vitamin c which is good for muscle soreness, vitamin k, other nutrients that give energy but I eat it to keep the digestive tract moving along with all this protein!
 
I do not think I remember seeing either of you eating any fish. Is it a taste or nutrient thing?

I like to 3-4lbs of fresh tilapia and make it all at one time. 8-10ozs with rice seems to digest really easy for me. It just does not sit heavy in my stomach.

Nice, my wife makes me very similar shakes everyday i get home from work. She adds oatmeal to my morning shakes before my workout and gives me energy the whole morning.
