Have about 8 #s of ham and pinto beans pre cooked . 3/4 ham , to about 1/4 beans .

Almost finished with the ten pounds of turkey ground meat loaf i made . Great at first but franks red hot is the only way I'm finishing this bucket of shit

Chicken breast making them every week on my pellet smoker . Keeps my breasts restaurant quality
 
As I said earlier never worked my way up to a quad shot . I have good vascularity through my legs so that orginally turned me off .
I go mainly to glutes they can hold 3cc without pip , delts about 2 ... Anyway sat on this shitter and pinned my outer sweep this am with 1 cc of te . Fucking Charlie horse tonight . I remember I use to get it in the arse like this - rolling over in bed sucked more than w a soar quad ... But leg day should be interesting in the am.
 
Well I need to stop assuming I'm eating enough and actually calculate it .
I go over my diet today as best possible :
Am : 5 eggs fried over easy . Cup half oatmeal . Banana 16 oz of milk 1 scoop protien .
Post workout
12 " jimmy john roast beef and ham sub contains the hogie meat tomatoe shredded lettuce and touch of mayo
Lunch : 4oz turkey ground meat loaf , 6oz breast , cup of white beans , 3 oz of steamed broccoli and carrots . 16 oz milk w scoop of protien
Dinner : large spinach salad . 8oz chopped breast . Lots of tomatoes and light ranch . 200 grams Greek yogurt . 16 oz 2% milk .
Snack before bed : cple pieces of cornbread w / honey and a big scoop of peanut butter .

I hit 202 tonight went to bed at 8p now up taking a bomber shit . ... Probably on my decline toward mid 190s

Log this into Fitday or something similar for complete macros. I would do it for you brother, but im tired right now. Im trying to kick a nasty flu and its got me by the balls.
 
I am inclined to even the other leg out with some pip and break these hoes in but I think for comforts sake it'll be butt or delt in the am
 
I should also report I'm sill amazingly majority tendonidis free . It's so crazy how long and persistent it was . I did everything humanly possible to wade through it - I should write a sticky on it I know so much . What is really curious to me is it resolved around a week into this cycle .. I mean it had been working towards that with many different therapies essentially - but can't help but wonder when I drop the NPP if that cursed whore will be back to battle .
Today I got down on arms . Even strait barbell curls which I normally avoid like aids . Nothing . Still using a tens unit everynight some DMSO , stretching as supination movements . All pre cautionary .

That's awesome man, you gonna continue with the GH on a 6 month cycle or you over it for now?
 
I have maybe 15 iu's left so like 3-4 days Marcus . I'm far from over it but just spend another 300 to finish my cycle out grabbed more tp npp te enough to go clear to feb almost ( 4mo) ... I think I'll wait till next month or following and grab a 300 iu min of TPs grey tops and see if they test out good if so I'll stay on that until I bridge into another cycle so maybe 6mo coming soon . I just slow played a kit out over a month and half . Not so much itching now that the tendons have calmed ...
 
I was super tired on these things at first crazy dreams ... That seemed to let up . Now I just now I jabbed 4iu or more because these blk tops leave a welt if I go sub q . I had zero bloat or nerve pain sides
 
Yeah 6 kits would be nice .. Trade my truck in , buy some new fits. New iPhone 6 - and 6 kits yes I'll take it all.


Wish u guys were all local and we went to same gym ... That shyt would be a site to see . Then we could really make fun of those of us that are here on meso on aas and still look natty lol

I'm in a med state so the smell is everywhere no one can tell who is the culprit . Unless I stop to bullsht with the girls up front ...

That GH is quite the investment. I got a 16 month old kid, wife and I just moved, I can't afford that right now. But soon hopefully :)

Wen to a big sports store I've never set foot into today.Was a knock off cabelas essentially .
Man they had the biggest under armour section I'd ever seen . Fuck . 6 types of shoes .. Mainly trail runners but damn nice .. Had ski coats , mid layers zips ups .. Vests , hoodies , fitted hats, golfer collared dry fit shirts , tangs , all armour . Man I remember when they just made underwear . Mother fuckers make some nice shit .
Grabbed a camo under armour combat tang . 40 bucks with zero remorse . I look like I could pound vin disiel out in this , before he did 10 sequels
