Local wasn't as bad as expected .
Doc was gentle with the injections they were injected slow with , 30g believe it or not around the nipples . No Iv .. Just a mix of norco/ and Valium and a anti nausea pill. Then 15 min latter draped up layed down relaxed and jabbed with local . Couldn't really feel shit other than movement and tugging

Unlikely but could still re occurs it one provided the perfect environment ... They cannot take the whole gland or the nipple won't stay right it will be sunk in . So they leave a little gland and take most.
