Final chest day utilizing GVT training methods

Flat bench
200lbs ten sets of ten (yea boy!) (135lb 4 weeks ago w fails)
Wide grip pull up
85lb assist (145lb 4 weeks ago)
Ten sets of ten
Bent bb rows
Three sets ten
Incline db flys
Five sets ten
Cable fly drop sets
Four sets ten
Pec deck fly drop sets
Four sets ten

Johnny had a few fails on the bench and I had a few on the pull ups so we tied on volume work... he does cable flys heavier than I do and did an extra set, we are even on rows and db flys and he went 10lb heavier on pec dec.

Overall massive strength gains on the gvt program to kickstart the cycle. We have gvt squats/deads tomorrow, back thursday, and high volume arms. Then we switch to a 5 x 5 program with fst7 finishes.

My eating has been lackluster as of late... cheating with shakes. Today is forcefeed day. My dick is hard that I got 200 10 x 10... that means my 400+ bench is happening this cycle... and for reps.
 
Excited to hear your feedback on the FST7 Training. No better pump in my opinion.

@johnnyBALLZ so I take it you opted to switch running tren with the npp to tren/mast instead? Cause weren't you originally going to run Tren/NPP?

Good work @brutus79 with chest gvt! You're really making me want to switch back over to GVT sooner then I had planned

I was always dropping the NPP at 4 weeks, the only thing I've changed so far is instead of doing tren 4 weeks with no mast then tren and mast the next 4 weeks I'm going to just run both for the next 8 weeks..
 
I was pissed I couldn't do the whole 10x10 at 200.. :( Only got 8 the last 4 sets..

I'll tell ya, there's never a dull moment at this gym.. I was walking through the parking lot this morning and BAMM!! Car backs up right into me!!! There was nothing obstructing the drivers view either.. Hit my knee and my elbow, luckily my cat like reflexes maneuvered my body safely out if harms way.. I slammed my fist onto the trunk, I was fucking livid then I looked in the car and it was a little old lady, someone's grandma.. I wasn't hurt so I just looked at her as she's freaking the fuck out, shook my head and walked away..
 
U guys r fortunate, I am not saying u both don't workout individually like madmen, but considering the situation, this is exactly what is necessary! I am envious, I know what a partner can do for me. It's scary! Keep on keepin on!

I agree when I had the luxury of a training partner my competitive nature made sure my workouts where way better then now. Also having that other person makes sure you hit the gym when you don't want to.

You guys make me feel like a little kid amongst men, 200lbs 10x10 is scary strong to me.
 
Been away for a while and just spent the last 20 minutes catching up on your log. OUTSTANDING job. Great results and I can appreciate the drive the two of you have displayed. Keep it going guys, look forward to the final results!

Why is it every moment you just want to explode on someone due to stupidity behind the wheel, it turns out to be some one's grandparent. Every time I'm in accident its always an elderly person and no matter how mad I want to get its just not worth it. Sucks to have to hold it in. Glad you didn't actually get hurt.
 
I've been out awhile also, had to take three days off the gym, I've been trying to hit 10x10 but cannot do 10 sets of bench. Did tri push downs 10 sets this morning, still feeling jacked!
You guys motivate the fuck outta me!!!

1, 500 cal shake
4 chicken thighs
1 chicken breast
4 salmon fillets
2 giant pcs meatloaf

1 sausage and peppers sub

Couple sweet potatoes

I don't think I'm going to ever be destined to be a freak, I don't think I eat even half that food in a day and my wife is irritated with how much I eat. If I tried to start eating like that I'd be sleeping on the couch. That is beside the fact that I don't think I could eat that much whole food in a day!

But let me be the 1st to say, when u lack motivation, the training is going soft or sleep isn't what it could be, EAT, keep urself as anabolic as u can.

It is u scratch my back I'll scratch urs scenario. U can't reap the rewards of training and progression if ur feeding urself inadequately. Those that r progressing have finally decided to put the pieces into action. Those that r dialed in have put into action the pieces correctly.

@jymis, this wasn't directed to u bro, so no disrespect.

@Brutus, way to not short change urself, don't leave anything to question. Going FULL TILT, that's whats up.

Over 40, 000 lbs moved. 20 fucking tons. Horrifying. Nothing pleasant about it. I would have quit long before the end if not for the pleasure of watching jb suffer. He added 70 lbs to his squat from 155 for the first 7 sets... very impressive. I'm gonna try and eat without vomiting. Fuck.

I couldn't imagine anything being worse than what I put my body through with this gvt shit last Wednesday but this fucking was.. Holy freaking shit.. The jump in squat weight torched me early, I had it in my mind that I was fucking done at 5 sets of deads... Brutus wouldn't let me... Not sure how he convinced me to keep going but I finished.. My legs are like jelly and I was seeing shit on the ride home..

On a happy note, my boxers are getting pretty tight in the thighs and I've ripped 2 pairs this week.. This GVT shit is definitely working but certainly wasn't meant for mere mortals..
