There was no way I was going to the gym with brutus that early..

Yesterday was Back Attack, ~20 sets and cardio

Today, Johnny's 80 Minute Arms!! 21 sets bis, 21 sets tris.. No cardio as I was running late, I'll get it done tomorrow morning..
 
Also, the test is fully kicked in, big libido boost this week.. Things are going to get more distracting when the tren and mast kick in about a week and a half..

I am exhausted most of the time.. It's not the GH as I'm taking 100mcg pharm T4 every morning.. Could be the NPP? I've had some bad night sweats but it's not every night, also waking up a half dozen or so times a night.. Is it the EQ? I don't know, this is the most gear I've ever ran, maybe my body is having a hard time handling it all..

Damn I'm getting sore just reading about all those sets, make sure to look out for the signs of overtraining , like insomnia and muscle weakness, I'm now working each muscle group every 5-6 days ,I think I like it . Of course I'm an old fk but still I think I was overtraining for years....~Ogh

Could be over doing it a little I suppose with the GVT.. Not sure that's it though as I've always done high volume on cycle, I haven't even fully cranked the volume yet!! haha

I'm exhausted but I have insomnia and can't sleep well.. You'd think if you're tired you'd sleep like a rock but NOPE!!

If my goal was to increase pounds in the BP, I would simplify the warm up. 2 sets of 315 x 5 are not needed and only serve to fatigue the muscle before you reach your work set.

If 385 x 1 is the goal, I would use a warm up like this:

45 x 5 x 2 sets (If you're feeling tight or sore, you can go as high as 20 - 30 reps here)
190 x 5
265 x 3
345 x 2
385 x 1

Take as much time as necessary between sets for the muscle to recover.

Very dusappointed with inability to move significant weight. 315 felt much heavier than it should and 385 died on the way up. Pathetic. Chalking it to morning workout not my thing. I am going to do another 20 back sets and ten chest sets tonight at home as penance.


A complete waste of time and likely to be counterproductive - don't do it.

I love to stuff chicken breasts with extra meat and cheese! I put pork inside, real parm, brochette, pepperoni, salami and grill! I think I will try wrapping them in bacon and adding some greens!

Only 1.5lb increase from last week but I feel like I've been leaning out.. Well, that's what I'm going with anyway!! ;) 20.5lbs in 4 weeks isn't bad but this is where I usually come to a halt, I'm hoping switching up the compounds will give me another 10-12lbs before I start my "cut mode"..

Today was my first tren/mast pin, a little over 70mg each, also first day of dbol.. Oh baby, 10 days from now I'll be feeling REAL GOOD.. :)

I had morning weigh in at 260.8
Last sunday I dropped the tbol and lost 4-5lbs in about six days... I am happy to have broken even for the week as I believe I was 261 or 262 last week. Prepped out a week of food today and just did a light back workout after my daughter fell asleep

We just joined golds gym! Nice new location. Db's go to 140. Epic kids play area daycare set up so I can pick up my princess and get it in.

Shoulders- our weights were different because jb has stronger shoulders so I will just write sets.

It's obviously working for you but, man! You guys sure like volume. I got tired just counting the more than 40 sets you did for shoulders alone in that workout. Regardless, it's been an interesting read and I look forward to the rest.

Damn this thread! Fuck it, I'm fixing to start my next cycle 6 months early.... Or maybe I'll just go pin a couple cc's of my leftover suspension for the fuck of it lol
