1st Run, Watson Test, 54, Want 2 Add Another...

I've been on trt for a few yrs and am going to run my 1st cycle. I've been doing one shot every 6 weeks and was supposed to be doing one every week. I've been a puss but have a brother that is now helping me. I'm front loading a gram for the 1st two weeks then will be doing 500 mills per week. Running Watson 200 mill per mill from my doctor.
Stats. I'm 54 and have been in the gym for 36 yrs and have a great platform. Bf around 12%, height 5'5" 160lbs.
Bench, 225, for reps of 10.
curls ez bar, 90 for reps or 10. Drop set.
DB curl 35 drop set up
Flys, flat 55 drop set.
Leg press, 810
Did my 1st deads and rows 2 days ago and my buddy said that I was a little girl! ; )
Triceps, extensions and other exercises 100 drop sets
I am really stoked to be here and am learning about a.a.s' and have my buddy that's supporting me in my decision to run gear. I'm hoping that I'll get support as well as input. Thanks in advance.
I have an a.i on hand for any issues that may arise.

Thanx. Still pretty ignorant 2 this world...know how 2 hit the gym, but always natural & self-taught @ that. So could use any thoughts, advice, suggestions. U look awesome.
 
Hey guys, how's it going. Considered Winnie, that's out. Deca or Trim still up 4 conseration. D-bol possible but less likely. Want some size gains but not crazy & want to keep it. Don't have tons of money or want this to be life, just keep moving forward as age keeps pushing back. So any thoughts, suggestions for a 2nd 2 boost my efforts would be awesome w/out messing me up w/ serious side-effects. No excessive liver toxicities, etc.
 
you are not on TRT if you are not taking a weekly dose. you are pissing your body off is what you are doing. your food determines your size and what you keep, plus consistency in the gym.

I suggest starting off on a simple test cycle 400mg/wk for 12 wks , thats how I started and I got great results . Thats 1 ml twice a wk (I do Wed & Sat nite) for a total of 2ml/wk (400mg) Start with a low cycle so you can increase the next cycle (500mg/wk).

After your 12 wks cycle just go back to your cruising dose . Get bloodwork before and after your cycles (Labcorp)

I suggest several test cycles before adding different AAS like Deca, Dianabol or Tren.

We are thinking of running 500 a week after frontloading a gram fir the first two. You dont think this is a good plan ogh? He wants to get this shit on the road and I told him that we could very well get said shit on the road with this plan of action. He's def in shape and is in the gym 5 days a week. He wasnt doing his pin like his doc said to do and I told him that he's fucking with his system and I'd help him get pinning himself down. I agree with you on the test only for the first run. Plwase remind him to eat, eat, eat!!! I am everyday.

Hmmm - I think you should have several cycles under your belt before frontloading anything , and especially 1000mg of test . But thats my opinion , and your free to make up your own mind . I didnt frontload or do that much until my 7th/8th cycle ...
Its kinda like drinking whiskey first before youve ever had a few beers , some things should just succeed each other .....Goodluck with your cycles guys ~Ogh
 
I do not believe you should wait to use Deca especially at your age.

Yea you dont buy green bananas when your 54 ,lol . (not)

I think we are seeing guys well into their 50's and 60's use AAS , and some anti-age clinics have been using deca alongside testosterone with older clients . My bloodwork and cholesterol profile is better now at 54 then 49 , when I didnt use AAS . Again its the individual not the age . Always get bloodwork , and maybe a heart profile before you start AAS. ~Ogh
 
Hey, thanx, bud. I've been thinking more & more in that direction. Watch a buddy & he's stoked w/ his results but also see some fallout & complicated balancing that I am not sure @ almost 55 I'm wanting 2 take on. Just been really feeling how much harder maintaining or pushing my old weights get harder & harder & not eager to surrender to age.
