i front squat 145 and feel just fine with that.. my outter sweep is starting to have a split in the middle where i pin.. there has def been growth in my legs over the last year.. shit takes alot of time that is for sure...
 
Utilize supersets and pre exhaustion

Leg ext superset with squats

If done with proper intensity you WILL puke or cry I promise.

Also this approach lessens the weight you'll push there bye saving your back

My man....I think your trippin. From looking at your pic, you have great symmetry. Bi's & tri's look proportion to you chest & waist. You LOOK over 210 lbs.

Once you reevaluate your goals and focus on legs more....your going to easily pack on 5-15 lbs.

on all ham/ quad days i go in , basically i use pre exhaust method, and i do leg curls, ham curls, and hip aduction both ways before squatting. ill choose to squat or leg press on this day, and will superset that compound with stepups or skater squats. it is killer. when im natty it makes me sick everytime.. not so much on meds however..

but yeah i agree 100percent.. i always wonder why people do there leg curls after squating.. i like before..

Hey man Mghoward that is a huge compliment, thanks man!! I cant wait to be how i look! i am one of the bigger guys under 6 foot at my gym now. i remember 4-6 guys who had me a year ago, and now they certainly dont.. well thanks again.. im driven, so i know these goals are attainable.. work work work..

Try this as an experiment:

Warm up then sit down for the most intense single set of leg extensions you'll ever do. Do your extensions in a manner where the negative is 2-3 seconds and explode out of the stretched position. go till you simply cannot do any more positive reps and go directly to a static hold...till you fail. The weight always wins but fight that mother fucker like it's after your family. Then get up FAST and walk over to your loaded squat bar and proceed to do the same.

2 sets and done. If you do this with properly described intensity you WILL be DONE. Completely impossible to continue. This is mentzer intensity. You'll learn alot about yourself. I did
 
Just speaking the truth bro. I'm going start MS cycle on the 17th. I want to be part of the new protocol, but I the problem is its a test only protocol. There's no frontloading and it's structured for a single compound. I really want to add Mast E/tbol/anavar, but it might throw off the numbers. I'll make my decision shortly.

mghoward, i know there has been some drama since i posted the bloods, i feel partially responsible, but i know that is a dumb feeling altoghere. truth be told i think you will be very happy with the gear, i know i am..
 
275 is heavy who you kidding. I can rep 225 but 275 I can only do 3-4 reps before I run out if breath. Plus the hernia I push back in my belly button doesn't help. Lol! I see guys saying you can pack more lbs on but I honestly think guys that are built like us no matter what compound we run will always build the same way. At least that's how it happens for me. Sometimes I look leaner then others. Your training is impressive keep it this log is great!
 
It's important to exercise your warrior ethos. Challenge yourself! You can either workout hard or you can workout long. You cannot do both at the same time
 
Yeah but 275 to the floor for reps is much more exhausting.. parallel i can pack alot more weight on and its much less difficult for me to shoot up from 90 . however i agree.. if you look at me before juice youd never think id achieve what i have..

never really posted my quads excuse the tub backround.. only place i can utilize the distance between the mirror i need..
def lost alot of my leaness..my obliques and my stomach feel bloated from the cal consumption.. but im sure that will go away once i resume cardio..

Test will do that to you.. I think vagina and instantly i start fantazing about the shit i would never think about.. fucking x's hard.. all sorts of shit. i had a fantasy pop through my head when i was leaving the gym, and two of the counter girls i know where parked next to me taking a smoke break or something.. they greeted me, and like that wham.. wood..
