Man nothing is tasting good at home these days.. I mean Yogurt, and buttered bread, protein shakes, etc sound ok.. but chicken and meatloaf is done worn the fuck out.. I slid half my plate on to the floor for dogs tonight...

I wonder how long itll take to get to 18 - 18.5'' arm from 16 5/8 cold now, and around 17 w a pump.. . 2 years? This year seemed like i only gained about 5/8. shit is a patience and work game..
 
carbs sound great, like huge bowls of cereal with nasty ass dairy.. dairy sounds great.. been going through a chit load of milk..

I could never understand how guys eat themselves sick. I have my meals once per day everyday. Chicken, hamburger, pork, cube steak, fish what ever. Just once per day. There's enough variety to go around. I would be miserable if I had to stuff chicken breast down 5x per day or meat loaf for that matter.
 
going to take a while. arms are like calves they are genetic gifted. hell all muscles are genetic gifted. some people are more genetics in one area than others. time under tension is how any muscle gets bigger. plus diet ;)

It all depends on genetics man. If you are close to your genetic limits shit will be slow. If you just cracked the door of your potential shit comes FAST. More mass yields bigger arms too.
 
i think ima flip the script and go after my tris first on arm day much harder.. heavier weighted dips , and heavy , heavy close grip bench. tris are more of the sq footage than the bi..
i think genitically i have good arm shape . they have alwasy been a part of me that was bigger, that and chest.. i make 17s look huge..
 
this was last cycle at some point.. i have seen a bit of arm growth this cycle, as when i have a pump my bicep is alm ost creating a line between the top peak and the lower part of the head..

you should always change up which part of the arm you start with each arm day. one week start with bi's, next week start with tri's. tri's are the biggest part of the arm, so if you are neglecting tri's you are neglecting arm size too.
 
whats wierd is last cycle i got super vascular, towards the end especially , and the fourth mo i only took prop 100eod..

havent seen much increase in that 6 weeks in now..
 
I wasnt neglecting huck, but yes i lately been in the routine of bis than tris.. hard sometimes its my favorite day, but with tris i do them second so my weighted dips are affected a bit.. u know i will start eot like you say..
 
Yeah i want something epic, than i want to cut my waist down to as crazy thin as itll go..

give me them arms god damit.. what ya'll think 2 years provided injurry free?
