Recovery After A 16 Month Cycle..

So I'm bassicslly posting this thread for any advice or help that could benefit me and my recovery. About 16 months ago I began with what was my first ever cycle (test prop) started out at 400 a week. As time progresses I got more greedy and starting raising doses and stacking going up and beyond a gram of test for many months at a time. At that time I felt great and told myself why would I ever want to come off. I have matured a lot since then and realized it's not the life I want. I'm now
With an amazing woman and I can see myself having a future with her and experiencing all the joys of life. So now Im asking for help on recovery. Any advice is welcomed and greatly appreciated. Maybe Dr scaly could chime in here bc I blasted hcg after I finished injections and my balls got even smaller. Have I desensitezed my leydi

My pct was 1666ius hcg eod for 10 shots total(started 8days after last injection) and I'm now on 75mgs clomid and 20 mgs nolva and 1mg arimidex e3d. Since comming off I've noticed more testicular atrophy then when I was on. I want to start a family in the next couple of years so recovery (even if not 100% just enough so that Im fertile ) is really important to me.

I'm meeting with an endo in the next couple of weeks. I will post them as soon as I get them. Any thoughts on why I'm experiencing more testicular atrophy after comming off?

Not a clue, and neither would anyone else. Youve thrown a grocery list of drugs into your body after a 16 month first cycle that included over a gram of testosterone without properly educating yourself. Not very bright, IMO. In fact what you did was down right reckless and selfish. And now youre suffering the consequences of your foolish actions.

If you dont care about your body and life, perhaps others around you do. If you have done permanent damage, think of the others in you life that may suffer along with you. Youre a typical uneducated selfish person who needs a kick in the ass. Smarten up.

Go get you bloods and come back with them. In the meantime, do some research on how foolish your first cycle was.

I'd contact Dr. Scally and pay his consulting fees to try and right your wrongs in this situation.

Bro you can maintain fertility without ever going off. You've likely ruined your hpta. Instead of living life with low test, stay on trt and follow a fertility protocol. If you were fully functioning down there at one time. This should work. Full fertility in 80 days, which is one full sperm cycle

PM me if interested

You're 100% right, it was reckless and extremely selfish.i realize I've made a mistake And believe me if I could go back I would.. What should I do now in the mean time waiting for my bloods. Should I up my clomid and nolva or keep it how it is ? So no idea why testicular atrophy would worse after coming off?

There is really nothing you can do without blood work and a doctors consult. No one here knows your medical history, let alone your stats and full cycle, and because this was your first cycle YOU have no clue either on whats really going on with your endocrine system. Youre obviously shut down. And it appears that you didnt bother to run a recovery plan to reboot either.

Youre meeting with your Endo in a couple weeks so throwing more shit into your body is NOT conducive to properly diagnosing your issues. In fact its counter productive. The ONLY thing i would suggest is that you begin self administered TRT @ 125mg/wk, with a small AI dose, to maintain healthy levels of testosterone. BUT then your Endo, unbeknown to him, would be treating your TRT (which will artificially raise hormone levels) use as well so thats counter productive as well.

Unless Scally has some input here, i think your best bet is to stay the course until you see your Endo. Otherwise you may risk complicating this further.

I had no idea what I was doing when I first started. I learned over time by reading and by what works with me. I probably am more educated about it then you would give me credit for. Yes I was extremely reckless and a lot of people wouldn't call some protocols that I ran safe or well educated. It was just spawned from pure greed. one time where I was blasting I was running 1500mg of test 600mgs Npp and 150 mgs anadrol along with insulin and growth hormone. I was in a bad place at that time mentally and I was looking for an escape and I found it. Over time the magic wore off and by the time I realized I had made a mistake I was already in too deep. I had tried to come off once or twice for a couple weeks in that time period but I couldent handle it watching muscle melt off of me, that coupled with emotional side effects scared me into feeling forced to stay on and cruise. So here I am trying to get my life back on track. I guess I'm scared that I won't be able to have a family the most. Having to go on trt doesn't really bother me that much but I am worried I might have made myself completely infertile. If I have is steroid induced infertility permanent? I will post my bloodwork as soon as I get it. Thank you for the replies

Boy, there sure is a lot of judgement and criticism.
If you have an endo you trust, you could tell him that "in the past you did" take steroids but haven't for a while and that would be fine (patient confidentiality). They are not going to report you to the police!
Or you could do TRT (~200 mg/wk) with ~500 iu HCG 2x/wk for 1 wk then 250 iu 2x/wk afterwards and 0.5 arimidex (to keep E at bay). That should jumpstart your nads. HCG will ensure that you are producing sperm.
Here's an article saying basically the same thing and that it's treatable.

Bro I can damn near guarantee you fertility even if you stay on. Missed your chance tho. Do your own research. There is an answer out there

(Hmg+hcg) for 3 months and then hcg alone will restore and maintain fertility. Even if on trt

When you do see the endo, don't leave any info out or try to bs him about your situation. You seem to be sincere about recovery. Give him the necessary tools to get the correct diagnosis and come up with a plan. You may or may not catch a lecture, but being honest with him gives you the best chance of recovery. Good luck.

Before going down the TRT route id give an aggressive PCT a try. This would be the breakdown id suggest trying if you're interested.

Begin by administering 500iu of HCG E3D alongside a low dose of testosterone (about 100mg/wk). Do this for 2 weeks after which time you will drop the test and continue the HCG protocol for another 14days along with Aromasin dosed at 25mg/ED. On your last 2 HCG shots use 1000iu rather than 500iu, and the day after your last HCG shot begin the PCT treatment.

The PCT will consist of a 7 week aggressive protocol which will be laid out as such:
Toremifene- 120mg/120mg/90mg/90mg/90mg/60mg/30mg
Clomid- 150mg/100mg/100mg/100mg/50mg
Aromasin- 25mg/25mg/25mg/25mg/25mg/25mg/25mg
DAA- 6g/6g/6g/6g/6g/6g

If any protocol will restart you, I believe this will have the best chance in doing so. It's worth trying before going down the TRT route. You seem to have some emotional issues tied in with your AAS use (no judgments or anything), and in my opinion being on TRT will be too tempting to increase dosages (which will have you end up in the same spot again). Hope this is of some help, and good luck brother. If you decide to run the PCT let us know how you do

Your saying I missed the chance to stay fertile?
Thanks for the replies guys. I actually don't mind The idea of having to go on trt. I just want to be fertile or gain fertility and then maybe bank it. I wasnt sure if you could remain fertile even with nuts the size of small grapes lol.

No. I was butthurt u didn't ask what my fertility recipe was. How you can regain and maintain fertility WHILE on testosterone... I have the answers you seek. I put a lot of time into this research when I was contemplating blast cruise

What exactly do you mean by morphology?
