Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

Close grips are great. Like squats for the triceps. Im convinced their a big part of the 1" gain on my arm size in the past 6 weeks
 
Well- it was arm day and no jballz due to my need to work this morning.

Bb curls
Four sets twelve (80lbs)
Sitting Tricep pushdowns
4 sets 12 (300 lbs)
Incline db curls
Four sets 12 (40's)
Skull crushers (next week close grip bench @Masters Power )
4 sets 12 (100 lbs)
Tricep push downs
7 sets 12 (70 lbs)
Supersets with
Overhead cable curls
7 sets 12 (45 lbs)

Superset was brutal.. 165 reps in less than ten minutes. Brutal, beautiful pump. Excellent arm day, saw spots, wanted to puke, didn't... no elbow pain or wrist pain... all the arm injuries that I avoided arm isolation because seem to be coming around with my gradula weight increases... these weights are pretty heavy for me- up about 10 lbs every lift and up 90 lbs on tricep push downs. Tren is taking hold or that superset would not have been possible.

Food has been pretty steady.... I prepped kale stuffed garlic marinated chicken breasts with colby jack cheese, mozzarella (fresh not shredded) and tomato stuffed chicken breasts (my favorite- Mozzarella keeps chicken moist and tastes good cold) and I have been eating that a few times a day. I have been making protein pancakes (regular bisquick with 60 grams whey and a few extra eggs) with peanut butter. My saving grace? Greek yogurt with frozen berries. I get 80 grams of protien a day from greek yogurt- 4 cups is 80 grams and it doesn't make me feel sick... I also have been drinking a ton of milk- 1/2 to a full gallon a day depending.

Ehhh.. Been a stressful past few weeks in a lot of different ways so I'm not doing so well with it.. :(

Still have a few weeks until I turn the big 3-0 and that has been my target for as long as I can remember.. I'll be able to kick it, just haven't made it a point yet with all the excuses I tell myself..

I turned 30 recently. I used to smoke too. When your done with it youll know. But youll never successfully do it till YOU are ttuly ready to stop.

It's one of the hardest things in life for me to give up. I struggle with it everyday. The one vice I can't out down no matter how hard I try. I've never asked how many of us actually do smoke, but I'm sure if I quit I'd pack in a few extra lbs

You mean working out with Brutus or something more stressful than that?? :)

You've got the right attitude, when you get focused on it you will kick it. None of you guys get any sympathy from me for turning 30 by the way.

Masters I was holding my breath while watching you do dips on that thing..thought I heard it creaking more and more lol.

just give it two or three more years and the oldness will really set in. man i remember 29 as if it was yesterday. the night i turned 30 i spent it in a strip club, with strange hoes macking on me left and right. 3 years latter all i see is 40 right around the corner. fuck meh

That's how I feel and it just comes at you faster and faster. Luckily I'm in a better place now then at 30.
