ive been reading that some use saline instead of bac water to mix HCG? can anyone shed light on this....ive read old posts that mention it but no confirmation....

Ive also read you can mix distilled with BA to make BAC water....seems easy enough also....saline is hella cheap and I would imagine it would be safe to use as they now use it for cleaning wounds and such...im not entirely sure so thought id ask...

Bac water can be stored for longer periods of time than using plain saline. It has anti bacterial properties... (hence why it's called bac water.

besides...it's cheap...look at westend.com. ..that's where I got mines

Respectfully

Ok that makes sense......if you use saline and then load the pin and freeze it would that be okay to store?

And if say i wanted to make my own BAC...where would you get the filters to do so? I cant justify some of the costs involved with buying BAC water when it really just water mixed with BA...and so simple to make yourself....

I understand. ...I havent research alot on making my own water....I'm too impatient and just bought it...lol

I'm storing mines in the fridge, not freezer. I need to research the benefits of freezing it

I do remember seeing something regarding just the use of bac water....not to include the water that comes with hcg....but I have to find where I saw that.

Bac water is so cheap. Why fuck around. You can buy 30 ml jugs for a couple bucks. I bought 5 last year some time and I still have some floating around.

Your answer is this, BAC is bacteriostatic water. All it is distilled water with 10% Benzyl Alcohol. BA is bacteriostatic, at concentrations above 0.9% it prevents bacteria from reproducing, though don't kill any that are there. Saline can kill some bacteria, but not all. In short, you can use saline in a pinch, but i wouldn't. Especially if you are doing it over several days.

how long does bac water last? I've had 100 vials of it laying around just curious if it does have an expiration date

Sorry Walker, that's supposed to be 1% in my post. 0.9% is the minimum level to prohibit baterial groth, so 1%. But you can use whatever % you want, typical gear is 3-5% so it's not going to hurt you. I once injected pure BA just to see, not fun, but didn't kill me either.

The sodium chloride that comes with most hCG kits has a short shelf life (approx 2 wks) and the bacteriostatic water has approx 4 wk to 45 day shelf life - afterward the potency deteriorates rapidly.

This is when reconstituted. Bac water on its own is very stable and lasts many years.

^^^^^^^^^Agreed, I was speaking of pure BA....years. I'm not sure for the BAC water. NN is prob on point.
