Free range chicken eggs have 20 times the omegas and nutrients of a wal mart egg.... your body will cut down eating this healthy shit purely from the absence of rampant omega 6's. Raw milk is glorious for you in as much as homogenized pasteurized milk is worthless... grass fed butter (ghee) is a medium chain triglyceride that actually promotes fat loss and is used for energy...I dont give it any consideration. Are you still doing 7k calories?
